V/Tile 1100

The V/Tile 1100 profile is a pan tile effect roofing sheet that provides a 1.1 meter wide cover once overlapped. Being very popular amongst domestic and commercial, the tile effect helps blend in with more traditional slate roofs in the surroundings. Available in a wide variety of materials and finishes. The sheets are cut to length with the maximum sheet length of 8 meters long and a minimum of 450mm.

Available in a 0.7mm thickness, the standard thickness for roofing applications, meant to endure high wind loads and the toughest of weather conditions. The sheet comprises of galvanised steel, with the galvanised coating being on both sides to protect the steel from corrosion.

Coatings & Colours

• Plastisol (200 micron) — premium leather-grain finish, 15–25 year colour life. The most popular choice for tile effect sheets.
• Polyester (25 micron) — smooth finish, 10–15 year colour life.

V/Tile 1100 vs V/Tile 1000

The V/Tile 1100 offers 100mm more coverage per sheet than the V/Tile 1000 (1.1 metres vs 1 metre), meaning fewer sheets are needed per roof and installation is faster. The pan tile pattern gives a slightly different aesthetic to the V/Tile 1000’s villa tile profile — both deliver a realistic traditional tile appearance. The wider coverage also makes the V/Tile 1100 a more economical option on larger roof areas.

The V/Tile 1100 is ideal for domestic roofing, extensions, garage roofs, porches, garden rooms and re-roofing projects. It is also widely used on commercial buildings, holiday parks, care homes and public buildings where a traditional tile appearance is required without the weight and cost of clay or concrete tiles.

Technical Specification

Galvanised, Polyester, Plastisol and Polyester Powder Coat (PPC) finishes are all available in the V/Tile 1100 profile along with a wide range of colour options, with PPC any RAL colour code is achievable. Please refer to the coating option specification below for more information.

Our standard lead time is within 7 working days, this means that at the latest you would receive your delivery after a period of 7 working days from placing the order. For instance, an order placed on a Monday would be delivered by Wednesday the following week. A minimum of 24-hour notice is given before making a delivery and the delivery driver will call ahead approximately 1 hour before they arrive. The driver will require assistance to unload your order, if you are unable to help please contact us.
